How do I get a refund?

After receiving articles from the post, if there is any issue or you wish to change an item that you ordered, you'll have to follow these steps:

1. Make sure that no price tag have been removed
2. Fill the Return Document that you have received with your order
3. Add the Return Document and the items that you wish to return into the original packaging
4. Stick the prepaid return stamp on the packaging
5. Go to your local office and return your order (don't forget to get a proof of return)
